Garage Door Makeover

What a difference this made!!!

Before.....................

And After................

It helps that we changed the wall color too.  But I can't believe how much better it looks to have those opaque circles rather than those colorful grapevines!!!  Whew....talk about an easy way to declutter the door!

It took about 5 bucks and 5 minutes!  Wish I hadn't waited 6 months to tackle that huge project! ;)

How did you do it? I have a window in our bathroom that is over the tub and looks right at our neighbors house. This would be perfect! Oh wait? Is it even a window?

Yes, it is a window and I bought "DC Fix 3460276 Pearl Self-Adhesive Window Film" off Amazon for about 10 bucks and used half of it! So it's kind of like a vinyl sticky that you just cut to size and stick on! I am really pleased. That door looks out into our garage, so it really has to have something to cover the window so you are not looking out into junk and garage clutter!

A transformation in just a matter of 5 minutes and costs 5 bucks? That sounds so amazing! If all updates can be done as easily like this, then I'd probably be updating our doors more often. By the way, do you think a french door will also make a good garage door?

Seems like you don't want anyone peeking in what's inside the garage. ;) But luckily now, you have a much more stylish way to keep things private. Was that stained glass on the 'before' door? I think such style is more appropriate for rooms like the kitchen, don't you think? Willene@Roofing & More, Inc.

I don't know what to call your makeover project! It's too good to be true, but 5 minutes and 5 bucks? How did you do that? This is just awesome! It doesn't look like a 5-minute makeover, honestly.
